Abstract

In the following paper, the authors intend to extend the application of the anchoring effect to situations that are generated within the framework of an extrajudicial negotiation. They also analyze what is the impact of the anchoring effect in negotiations where one of the parties requests the payment of an extra-contractual compensation for damages.
