Abstract

In this paper, Professor Alejandro Falla analyzes the competition rules related to abuse of a dominant position involving predatory pricing by state enterprises. He argues that this regulation can be a useful tool to regulate the state enterprises’ activity which -for different reasons have a natural tendency to below-cos pricing.
