Abstract

In this interview, Jorge Luis Toyama Miyagusuku analyzes the Supreme Court ruling that annulled Supreme Decree 001-2022-TR, which prohibited outsourcing core business activities. He addresses the conflict among INDECOPI, the Constitutional Court, and the Judiciary, outsourcing trends, the validity of the “core business” concept, the inspection of shell companies, due diligence in supply chains, and the challenges of social protection.
