Abstract

This article analyzes the various remunerative and non-remunerative compensation components that may be granted to employees as variable compensation, their nature, benefits, treatment, and the challenges employers face in managing them appropriately. Proper planning and implementation of these incentives can be beneficial for both employers and employees.
