Abstract

Health, Safety & Environment is a dynamic normative system that evolves in response to emerging risks. Legislatives reforms, Supreme Decree 003-2026-SA and the “Chair Law”, reflect this adaptation to climate change and disergonomic risks. Their effectiveness depends on active corporate prevention, genuine organizational culture of self-care, and a shared responsibility with the State.
