About the Journal
Forseti. Revista de Derecho is a biannual journal with legal content first published in 2013. The Journal is edited by the University of the Pacific Law School Alumni Association, Derup Editores. Our objective is to disseminate and promote free legal knowledge in Peru. Our magazine has two sections. The first is composed of unpublished legal articles of an academic nature, while the second is composed of case law, arbitral awards or important administrative resolutions.
PEER REVIEW PROCESS
Starting with the July 2020 issue, all our issues will have a completely anonymous, peer review process. First, the Editing Committee will analyze the relevance of the submitted article within 15 working days. The article will then go through a two-specialist review process. The Forseti Editing Committee will inform the authors of the comments and proposed corrections so that they can be included in the text. Finally, the Editing Committee will decide the outcome of the process and communicate it to the author.
