Abstract

The authors present legal aspects of startups, specifically the term sheet that the entrepreneur uses in negotiations with investors in the equity financing rounds. They also analyze the different forms of capital raising focused on angel investors, which have been implemented in other jurisdictions or have managed to adapt to local legislation.
