The EQS and the Environment System

Abstract

In this paper, the author analyzes the Environmental Quality Standards (EQS) according to the fundamental right to health and environment and its implications for the legal system regarding to the creation of environmental policies. In that sense, he explains the diverse factors that come together to produce a true violation to this right and how the current Environmental Impact Study regulation is a problem.
