Regulatory reform on its decriminalization and access for strategic litigation in Peru

Abstract

This paper reflects about the abortion regulation models in the world, the debate about legal
framework's modification in Peru, the international standards on the use of constitutional process
for access to the abortion services in certain conditions allowed by the national laws, and it
outlines ideas about the possibilities of expanding the allowed causals by the constitutional
process.
