By means of this paper, Gerardo Eto Cruz analyzes the controversies that generated the discovery regarding to human's genomes and the posibilites that these represents, such as human cloning. Likewise, he questions himself if the aspects related to the biology and biotechnology should be regulated, taking into account theological and rational arguments, as well as moral norms.
