The principle of subsidiarity in the framework of the Economic Constitution of Peru

Abstract

This paper performs a critic analysis from the constitutional perspective of the principle of subsidiarity, refocusing its scope and limits taking according to the paper 60 of the Constitution. For thar purpose, the author establishes a flexible model of the subsidiarity – light, middle and intense - the author establishes a flexible model of the subsidiarity according to essential economic activities of the State, non-essentials and additional ones.
