The following paper has been written based on the extended essay titled: “The treatment to the application of import restrictions in the Andean Community.” This is a comparative analysis between the treatment of restrictions in the “MERCOSUR”, presented by the author for her postgraduate evaluation in Custom Law and Integration in Buenos Aires University.
