The concept of originality in Preruvian copyright

In this article, the author develops in its entirety the definition of the concept of originality set forth in the Copyright Act. The Comment is of the utmost importance in determining whether a work of genius falls within the scope of protection granted by the said law. In the same way, the author presents the different associations that are raised in the doctrine regarding the concept of originality. Finally, he outlines a definition of "originality" and indicates that the degree of legal protection of a work will be determined by its degree of originality.
