The modifications of mining environmental regulations and their impact

Abstract

In this article, the author analyses the modifications to mining regulations and their impact on the social sphere, coming to the conclusion that in order to promote investment projects, the rules must be clearer, unnecessary procedures and formalities must be eliminated, deadlines must be reduced and administrative authorization must be replaced by prior communication.
