Abstract

In the present article, the authors make an analysis of the importance of the precedent of mandatory observance in relation to the scope of article 5 of the Regulation of Environmental Protection of Mineral-Metallurgical Activities and its relation with the interpretative rules of Peruvian Law, especially the Principle of Typicity.
