The Inefficiency of Contracts

Abstract

In our country, the Civil Code does not establish an organic regulation in terms of the inefficiency of a contract. On the contrary, our legislation present a poorly organized and, in many cases, contradictive treatment in the regulation of cases involving inefficiency. For this reason, the following paper will feature Alfredo Soria´s analysis on the inefficiency of a contract.
