Labor regulation and, most specifically, minimum wage represent a crucial topic in the context of economic negotiation and market aperture. The authors, though an analysis of compared experience, analyze the impact of the increase in minimum wage in the growth and poverty indexes, considering the legal and economic aspects that would justify this change.
