Abstract

This article analyzes OSITRAN's supervisory authority (legally called supervision), in light of the new provisions of the Sole Ordered Text of Law 27444, Law of General Administrative Procedure, approved by Supreme Decree No. 004-2019-JUS regulating the matter.
