Abstract

Our country has not fully developed a support services sector for the logistics sector. At the public policy level, although the enabling legal framework exists, it requires modifications and implementation of improvements in the maritime container industry. In this article, we will refer to the determination of public policies and the field of law, but not to other factors related to this industry.
