Abstract

The author addresses repetitive appointments of arbitrators, explaining the impact in the duty of independence and impartiality of arbitrators. The author
emphasizes in the application of a qualitative analyses instead of a quantitative analysis, for this purpose, the author presents criteria applies by the main
international arbitration centers, identifying the international practices useful to apply to arbitration in Peru.
