Abstract

This article analyzes the evolution of the protection of women's fundamental rights. It will begin by examining the reasons that have led to historical discrimination against women, and will then analyze the measures that have progressively been introduced at the state and international level with the aim of encouraging equal treatment for women and men. with respect to men.
