Abstract

This article aims to analyze the institution of public policy exception, which belongs to private international law, within the framework of the relationship
between this discipline and public international law, considering within the latter the international human rights law. The objective of this research is to study how the international legal order shapes the indeterminate contours of public policy exception. The analysis also looks at Peruvian domestic law.
