Abstract

The author analyzes the crime of active bribery in the field of police work under a normative perspective. In this way, it seeks to give an interpretation in accordance with the demands of today's society, delimiting each typical element and its various manifestations, in addition to explaining the ratio legis of its incrimination as a special form of the crime of bribery.
