Abstract

The expiration of the sanctioning procedure for anticompetitive conducts is studied, within the framework of the general conduct, within the framework of the general regime of the common procedural law. The main objective of the article is to determine whether the common criteria of the statute of limitations are followed in this specialized field and whether they are being applied by administrative courts in other sectors.
