Abstract

This article examines Peru's Draft Law No. 5892/2023-CR, considering the standards of regulatory improvement and evaluates its capacity to boost industrial productivity growth. It also highlights the possible controversy that it could generate both nationally and internationally, in relation to existing regulations.

Abogado por la PUCP, con estudios de maestría en dirección de negocios internacionales y comercio exterior por la USIL y ESIC Marketing School. Ha sido ex presidente de la Comisión de Procedimientos Concursales del INDECOPI y asesor en el Despacho Presidencial, así como en el Ministerio de Comercio Exterior y Turismo. Actualmente es miembro del Consejo Directivo de PROMPERU y del Consejo Nacional de Competitividad.
