Abstract

This article reviews the general issues related to the challenge of arbitrators as a fundamental right and offers a compilation of decisions on challenges issued by three global arbitral institutions, which lead to the conclusion that one of the mistakes made by the challenging parties is to apply the subjective standard to the challenge.
