Abstract

This work establishes the conceptual foundations of Open Banking and examines its status in Peru and other countries. It explores technical arguments and regulatory aspects necessary for its implementation, such as security and efficiency in data transmission. In Peru, it defines the appropriate model, the type of information to be shared, associated risks, and compensation for entities that share data.
