Abstract

In this paperwork, we will carry out an analysis of the regulation and judicial practice of the -erroneously- called "remedy" for annulment of an arbitration award in Peru, specifically, for lack of motivation. Likewise, from a comparative law approach, we will refer to the legislation and jurisprudence of the Spanish legal system, identifying similarities and differences with ours.
