The growing digital divide, often ignored amidst artificial intelligence advancements, hinders the orderly digitalization of justice. This paper analyzes how unplanned technological implementation creates new barriers for those lacking digital resources or skills. It argues that accessible digitalization and AI in the justice system are crucial for strengthening equity and effective access, rather than becoming new obstacles.
