Crime prevention based on artificial intelligence: Reflections on the right to equality

Intelligent systems to prevent crimes in cyberspace, particularly sexual offenses against minors, face challenges in balancing preventive effectiveness and equality. Algorithmic opacity and the absence of effective regulation enable arbitrariness. Therefore, a regulatory framework is needed to adequately harmonize the preventive purpose and require transparency in its implementation.
