We are pleased to present the new issue of Forseti Law Review, our tenth Review. On this occasion we bring you a variety of articles focusing on the procedural rules of arbitration. Among them, a comparison between the IBA's rules of evidence and the new Prague rules, the arbitral Discovery procedure and the organization of an Ad Hoc arbitration by the arbitrators. In addition, we have an article on the diffuse control in arbitration based on the guidelines of the Constitutional Court and another on the arbitrability of intellectual property matters. Finally, in this edition we have an article on investment arbitration and an paper on expiration and legal certainty.
