In this opportunity we are pleased to present the first issue of the year 2017 of the law magazine FORSETI, which covers topics related to Corporate Law, Aeronautics, Regulatory and Arbitration.

We chose these topics for a number of reasons. In the first place, since they are of great importance in the current legal situation. In this respect, there are no commercial operations in the world in which the mentioned topics do not have any type of incidence. Therefore, we consider that the fact of freely expanding the knowledge of experts on the subject with respect to them is a way of having a positive impact on society.

In addition to the above, given the growing need for legal aid, offering an edition with multiple relevant topics for lawyers throughout the country implies that we not only actively participate in its growth, but also grow as responsible professionals.
