In this edition, we are pleased to present the first virtual issue of 2016 dedicated to Constitutional Law and Human Rights.

This topic was chosen for many reasons. First, given the international situation, we consider it important to dedicate an in-depth study to such elementary subjects of law as constitutionality and human rights. In spite of the constant discussion and controversy on the matter, both matters are the minimum guarantees of any human being and democratic State. Likewise, they are the basis of all other subjects of Law. In order to understand them, they must be clearly explained.
