Vol. 6 No. 9 (2018): Forseti 2018-II

On this occasion we are pleased to present the new issue of Forseti Law Review, the eighth completely virtual Review that we publish, after the pleasant experience of having published a completely unpublished by the tenth anniversary of our Faculty at the Universidad del Pacífico. This issue brings us a variety of articles focused mainly on financing, resource mobilization and technological development, which has taken place in that market, known as Fintechs. We also have two articles related to tax law and an article translated into Spanish by two former members of our Journal of Immigrant Law in the United States.
