Abstract

This article intends to stablish certain precisions about some problemas that we consider of vital importance to comprehend the problem named “External Sector” under which the developmental postulates have made a series of abstraction of a phenomenon that is vital to understand the dynamics of our economic structure. Our approaches propose, in general terms, a conceptual framework that allows us to comprehend some elements at play when we talk about the insertion of our economic structure in the context of power relationships worldwide.
