On The Socio-Legal Analysis

Abstract

In the last years, previous approaches to law have been overcome by those which links some theoretical tax approaches of Scandinavian and American realism and also from the sociological school with its empirical analysis of law in reality, seen with the instruments proportionated by the social sciences. This article tries to situate this perspective and to make explicit its approach.
