Abstract

This article pretends to evaluate the results of State actions in the dairy industry. To this end, it will examine from a historical perspective the action of the State in this sector, identifying the goals and instruments that it used. From that analysis and a result evaluation, it will be possible to stablish criteria to judge the effectiveness of the public action and, as a consequence, to suggest modifications that could guide it to a better direction.
