Mortgage on future assets

Abstract

In the following case, Dr. Mejorada makes a critical analysis of the concepts of goods and future goods. Subsequently, he works on applying of the mortgage on future assets, questioning its classical conception. For this, the author puts as a main example in his paper the large number of real estate projects that are developed today in our country.
