Abstract

Professor Luciano Barchi presents an analysis of the Extinctive Prescription in the Peruvian Civil Code. He begins by explaining its nature and
develops the reason for its existence as a legal figure. It also explains the different aspects related to extinctive prescription by means of a comparative analysis of other legal systems such as German, Italian and French.
