Abstract

In the following paper, William W. Park explores the different positions in doctrine and jurisprudence on the incorporation of non-signatory parties in the international arbitration. It analyzes the theories of implicit consent and the lifting the corporate veil. Thus, it shows a clear and integral analysis that attempts to solve one of the main dilemmas of the arbitrators in the international arbitration.
