Abstract

In the following paper, the authors develop the causal placed in subparagraph a) of numeral 1 of article V of the New York Convention, referring to the non-execution of an arbitration award for invalidity of arbitration agreement (convention), with the purpose of analyzing the consequences derived from requesting the application of this causal in Peru, taking into consideration the Peruvian Arbitration Law.
