Abstract

In the following paper, the authors comment on the Theory of the Alter Ego based on the article 14 of the Peruvian Arbitration Law. They indicate the requirements that arbitral doctrine and jurisprudence have established to lift the corporate veil in arbitral headquarters. At the same time, they also analyze a case in which this theory was applied and narrate the odyssey that this arbitration award had to go through in the Peruvian Judiciary.
