t is with great excitement that we are pleased to present the new edition of FORSETI. This edition is very significant, as it commemorates the celebration of the tenth anniversary of the founding of our beloved magazine.

Each of these articles is a reflection of the essence that defines us and motivates us to continue: the desire to share quality legal content and create a positive impact on society. This edition represents the collaborative work of our entire alumni association over time, with which we remember every challenge overcome and every courageous step that has brought us this far. It has been ten years of dedication and devotion to the dissemination of knowledge and the promotion of dialogue between great speakers.

We express our most sincere gratitude to all those who have been part of this beautiful road, to the authors, to the peer reviewers, to the members of the Advisory Board and the Editorial Board, and a special thanks to our Law School, which has given us its support since 2013.

We are deeply pleased to look back and see the road travelled. And with the same enthusiasm we look to the future, confident that FORSETI will continue to grow as a Journal.

This Anniversary Edition contains outstanding articles on the most important branches of law, which have been addressed throughout our trajectory: arbitration, public international, criminal, tax and customs.
