Abstract

The experiences of development processes in Latin America has shown during the last years the real difficulty of putting into practice the conceptual schemes y methodological designs that with great institutional effort were possible to develop in the academia or research centers of social science in the region. This document pretends to provide some general contributions about the content of social change programming inside the global planning and the value acquired of this concept inside the perspective of integrated and autonomous development of societies in transformation process, in the aggregate levels as well as the “integrated programs” and regional development programs.
