Abstract

Justice is a huge, impressive myth of humanity. Few theories or conceptions of social life have dared to expose its relativity, not just from one epoch to another and from one society to another, but inside a society in a given time, in terms of the various and conflicting interests. What is for you just? is a question that causes so many different responses to a given problem, as there are conflicting interests regarding it. Fairness, an ideological sacred cow, is an important mechanism of coating majority and minority interests within society, whose role is to add legitimacy.
