This interview examines the academic career of business historian and Latin Americanist Rory Miller and his reflections on the development of business history in Latin America, with a focus on Peru. Drawing on research conducted since the 1970s, Miller analyzes historiographical gaps, documentary limitations, and perspectives within the field. A Ph.D. graduate of the University of Cambridge, he built a distinguished career at the University of Liverpool, where he taught and conducted research for four decades.
