This paper describes and analyzes the successful SEINPA project in Cajamarca. Growing basic potato seed for small agricultural concerns is a profitable technological alternative, which has generated a positive effect in the campesino family economy. Through this experience, the author discusses how a properly finance technological project can lead to the development of a sustainable economic activity.
